Do I have to participate every day?

No. But we hope you will be intentional about thinking about wellness and how to incorporate elements of wellness into your daily routine - to last through the first 19 days of June and beyond!

Do I have to do the activities listed on the calendar?

No. The activities listed on the calendar are suggestions on how to promote wellness at the self, family/friends, and community levels. We encourage you to do any activity - on or off the calendar - that activates wellness for you.

What is 8CRE?

The 8 Changes for Racial Equity (8CRE, pronounced acre) were proposed in 2020 in an open letter to the then NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins by NIH staff who are motivated to ensure the NIH workplace culture is free of racism, discrimination, and harassment.
