Join us for a gathering of like-minded women at the Creative Arts Center in Battle Lake. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect, share stories, and support each other in a safe and welcoming space. Our circle provides a chance to relax, unwind, and build meaningful relationships with other women in the community. Come as you are and let's celebrate the power of female connection together!
June Circle What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat and/or Blanket
- Journal and Pen
- Old Magazines/Books to Cut Up
The June Women's Circle is all about embracing our creativity! Our main activity for June is what I like to call Journey Journals (maybe also considered junk journaling, but our pieces will definitely not be junk!). The word "Journey" calls us to explore ourselves, which can lead to personal expansion and growth. We will take fun images and words from books or magazines and incorporate them into a collage piece that will hopefully allow you to dig a bit deeper into knowing yourself. Let the creativity flow out of you through this fun artistic exercise!
Our Women's Circle is donation based, with a recommended donation of $10. A majority of funds from this event will be donated to Someplace Safe, a santuary for women in the Ottertail County Area (the other portion of the funds will be used to continue to be able to bring this event to the community).
