June Vendors Needed

1. VENDORS MUST BE CHECKED IN AN HOUR BEFORE EVENT SET UP COMPLETE PROMPTLY AT EVENT START.  NO CARS CAN ENTER or EXIT AFTER EVENT HAS STARTED 

2. WEATHER: Please understand this event is a RAIN OR SHINE event. Plan ahead in the event of inclement weather, including high winds. If the weather is questionable, it is at the discretion of The Descendent to reschedule. There are no refunds.  If thunderstorms/lightning is in the forecast an email the day before the event will be sent. The Descendent reserves the right to cancel any Event if the area is deemed unsuitable and unsafe in this event a rain date will be provided

4. REGISTRATION FEE: Is located in TICKETS with details.  You must bring your own table and chairs.  All food vendors must obtain a temporary food license with the Kent County, MD Health Department.  Submit a completed application for Temporary Food Service Permit at least two (2)weeks before event with the license fee of $25.00.

5.  Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, canopies, etc. Items for sale must be displayed within the space. Do not display items outside of your space.

SET-UP TIME:-Vendors will not be permitted to hold adjacent spaces for later arriving vendors.

6. DEBRIS DISPOSAL: All trash, litter or debris brought into your space or generated while there must be taken with you when you leave. If substantial debris remains in your area after your departure, may result exclusion from future events

7. NOT PERMITTED: Any illegal drugs or weaponry including but not limited to guns, bows, arrows, swords, knives.

8. No loud music or megaphones/ microphones as we will be providing music for the day.
