The program will be hybrid, offering in-person or virtual registrations. It is open to anyone looking to improve their selling skills.

This program provides a deep dive into empathy, supported by data-driven studies that underscore its significance. Through a range of tactical techniques, we explore how to make customers and partners feel heard, understood, and ultimately, win their trust. By demonstrating empathy, bonds are forged, paving the way for collaborative and mutually beneficial solutions, and opportunities for deeper revenue growth. Attendees will learn elite practices and more:

The program will be live and in-person. Light breakfast and networking will begin at 7:30am. The speaker will hit the stage at 8:15am and go to 9:45am. Networking will continue until 10:30am.Since it’s a hybrid program, you can just register for the virtual portion starting at 8am.
