Get to know some other professionals in the Midlands, make connections & grow your network! Not First Friday is a monthly networking get together hosted by Beckett Financial Group that is open to any and all business owners, business professionals, etc. that are looking to grow their network by making lasting connections.

June's Not First Friday will include a supplies drive to benefit Midland's Orphan Relief. We kindly ask that you bring new or gently used sneakers or jeans/joggers for sized ranging from toddler to adult. We'll also be collecting toiletries for all ages. Be sure to bring business cards for connections as well as prizes.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a fee to join the group?

Not First Friday is completely free! There's no membership or fees. Just come when you can & enjoy drinks from the bar (not included) while making lasting business connections.

Are drinks free?

Unfortunately, we're not able to provide free drinks. However, we encourage you to support WECO by purchasing beverages from the bar. They have a selection of non-alcoholic products available year round. WECO also provides free tap water at the indoor bar.

Will there be food?

We will not be providing food. However, there are usually food trucks available starting between 3-4pm.

Do I need to be there at 2pm or can I drop in?

Not First Friday is a drop in event so feel free to stop by as your schedule allows. Got 5 minutes & want to meet someone new? Stop on by!

Do I need to bring anything?

We encourage you to bring friends & business cards! The more people that attend, the more connections you'll make. Business cards are encouraged for networking as well as for prizes that will be given away throughout the event. You must be present to win.
