Bring your journal and your favorite mug for Tea. You can also bring your crystals to charge during the sound bath. if you have a special pillow or need something extra to lay on you may bring that also. We have yoga mats and pillows

There is parking lot behind the Webster side of the street, the loft is on the back side of the building at 622 upstairs.
