About this event

  • 1 hour 45 minutes

During the event, participants will gather in community with intention We will check in and learn the benefits of sound healing for overall wellness especially for Black and brown folks. Then, we will be lead into an opportunity to rest and explore the inner self by receiving a guided meditation and a 60 min sound bath meditation including crystal singing bowls, a gong, and accessory instruments.

There will be time afterwards to connect in community and share in your sound bath experience.
