Frequently asked questions

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. We will provide you with safety glasses and gloves. Please make sure you do not wear jewelry that hangs off the body, and bring something to tie back long hair.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes. Working with stained glass does have its dangers, so you must read and sign a waiver prior to participating in the class. You must also wear any and all personal protective equipment we provide including gloves and safety glasses. Let’s have a fun and safe evening!

What will my sun catcher look like?

I will have a variety of shapes, colors, and flowers to choose from, so everyone's sun catcher will be unique. You are welcome to bring your own pressed flowers if you have some you'd like to use.

I'm pregnant. Can I participate?

Unfortunately, stained glass workshops are not suitable for pregnant people. Sorry!

Will there be food?

There is no food available for purchase at the Cidery. And it isn't a great idea to eat while doing stained glass work. Please be sure to eat before you come.
