Overview

Mindful Journaling Workshops offer a welcoming space for personal reflection, creative exploration, and meaningful group connection.

These online workshops are held monthly from 9:30 AM–11:00 AM Mountain Time.

Journaling can help us better understand ourselves by giving shape to thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to express. Through writing, we can uncover insights, recognize hidden patterns, and explore emotions and beliefs with greater awareness and compassion.

In each workshop, we’ll explore the value and practice of mindful journaling through guided discussion and several short writing exercises. Sharing your writing is never required. Participants will have the opportunity to connect in Zoom breakout rooms to reflect on what they noticed, discovered, or found surprising during the exercises.

Please bring:

  • A journal or blank paper
  • A pen
  • A willingness to reflect, write, and connect with others

No writing experience is necessary.
