Monica Corrado, MA, CNC, CGPis a teaching chef, Certified Nutrition Consultant, and Certified GAPS Practitioner who is passionate about illuminating the connection between food and well-being. She is a dynamic teacher, speaker, consultant, and author who lives to share the tools, knowledge and inspiration to cook nourishing, traditional food. Monica has been teaching food as medicine throughout the US for more than 13 years after 18 years in sustainable food sourcing and preparation, menu design and management. Sheis a member of the Honorary Board of the Weston A. Price Foundation. Monica started her own Cooking for Well-Being Teacher Training program in 2012.Known as the "GAPS Chef", Monica’s current work focuses on the Gut-Brain connection. She is part of the teaching team for Certified GAPS Practitioner training. Monicaenjoys empowering others by teaching them how to heal a leaky gut through food via the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) protocol and others. Jump Start: GAPS! is an easy, low cost way to access all the knowledge and experience needed to understand and successfully implement the part of the diet where the healing happens..."Intro". Learn the difference between Meat Stock and Bone Broth, how and when to move from one stage to another, the role of probiotics in this diet, which are best for you and why, which foods are "allowed" and why, and how and why this way of eating (and not eating) works to heal you and relieve symptoms that are caused by an injured, leaky gut.

We'll start on the Friday before with a meeting to set things up, and then meet online Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and the following Monday, 10:30am MT- 11:30am MT.

What's the refund policy?
Refunds must be requested in writing, before February 10. Refunds will be ticket price less a $50 fee, and returned within 30 days of receipt of request. 
No refunds will be made after February 10.
