The Yards Park

The Yards Park boardwalk hosts the Capitol Riverfront July 3rd Jam, free and open to the public, in conjunction with the National Museum of the United States Navy to honor America&#x27;s Birthday.Headlined by a performance from the U.S. Navy Band Commodores at 7:00 pm, the July 3rd Jam will feature live music from Crush Funk Brass Band from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm along with a live DJ, giant moon bounce, festive photo booth, lawn games, glitter tattoos, giveaways, and celebratory concessions for purchase (no outside alcohol permitted). Stick around Yards Park after the performance to secure one of the best spots in the neighborhood to watch the Washington Nationals Freedom Fireworks following the baseball game.Please note that due to potentially wet grounds, there will no longer be a moonbounce or lawn games at the event. However, all other festivities are on!RSVP via Eventbrite to let us know you’re joining (registration not required)!
