About this event

  • 7 hours

Come out to the former Coles County Poor Farm and then later Ashmore Estates to experience what many have found, the daytime is as active as the night. Sure it will be bright inside the building from the daylight coming through but that doesn't stop the spirits of the building from enjoying their day. We have heard voices, seen shadows, things moved, apparitions, and much more during the day. This is your chance to experience it as well. You will be given a walking tour of the building and then you are on your own for the rest of the day. Bring any equipment you might have, with the exception of a wired DVR system (not allowed for public events). Feel free to bring any personal protective equipment you feel more comfortable with. The building is over 15,000 feet and with only 12 people in the building social distancing is not a problem. Get your tickets soon as the first one always sells out the fastest.

Robbin in his full time career is an insurance agent.  Unlike most agents that like to take to the golf course on their days off he prefers going to a haunted location and repairing damage to the building and updating it to current standards wanted by paranormal investigators.  Having played a lot of hockey he is not afraid to take on something that others would just walk away from.  Owning Ashmore Estates and the R Theater has helped him keep in touch with spirts of the locations and thinks his improvements are okay with the unseen tenants.  Working a lot with children chairities he continuously trys to find ways to raise more money to benefit them.
