Please bring your own tables, tent, and chairs for your booth setup. Each vendor will be provided with a 10X10 foot space to set up however you wish.

Event Schedule

Vendor set-up 11am -12:30pm

Event duration 1pm -5pm

Breakdown no sooner than 5pm

Set up/Breakdown

Upon arrival, vendors are welcome to unload near the entrance. However, once the unloading process is finished, kindly relocate your vehicle to the designated parking area for efficient traffic flow within the park. Please avoid parking in handicap spaces, even during unloading. Volunteers will be available on-site to assist with unloading if needed. Thank you for your cooperation.
