SpecialtiesThe Goodfoot Pub and Lounge is a two-level venue located in SE Portland.Great food, local micro brews, cocktails, art gallery, live music, and DJ Dance Night every Friday. The Upstairs pub opens every night at 5pm. Happy Hour runs from 5 to 8pm 7 days a week (food & drink specials). There are 4 pool tables, a wall of pinball tables & rotating (monthly) art shows for the eyes to feast on.The Downstairs Lounge is where the music venue resides. Musicians adore the sound and the energy the audience brings at The Goodfoot. Music lovers revel in the dive-y vibe, the intimacy & that feeling that you've stepped back in time to a period where secret speakeasys and basement parties can lead to a bevvy of grin-inducing memories that stand the test of time. Jujuba is a ridiculously danceable Afrobeat and funk band led by master talking drummer, Nojeem Lasisi.

<p>Jujuba plays a funky, danceable style of Nigerian Afrobeat and Juju music. The strength of the 10-piece revolves around its energetic cohesion between percussion, rhythm and horn sections. The band features Nojeem Lasisi from Igbo Ora, Oyo State, in Nigeria. He ranks among the world’s elite talking drum players. Nojeem was given his first drum at age four by his father, also a master drummer, who handed down to Nojeem its powerful language. As a member of Nigerian superstar King Sunny Ade's group, the African Beats, Nojeem toured the world and appears on numerous recordings with King Sunny, including "Seven Degrees North" and "Odu”. Come dance! PLEASE NOTE THE EARLIER DOOR TIME.</p>
