About this event

Just as you train with our body, you can train your face as well - through face yoga.

Face yoga is a system of exercises where you train the muscles on your face. In this way you will look younger because the muscles gets toned and lifted and your skin improves greatly over the time.

In this 30-minutes class we shall:

🌸 do 3-4 exercises with our face

🌸 in each session there will be a bit different exercises

🌸 work with all major muscles on the face and the neck

🌸 finish with acupressure points on the face 💆‍♀️

I'm teaching tao face yoga where we are pay attention on how to be juicy. ;-)

If you want, you can have your camera on. In this way I will be able to correct your moves. But, it's totally ok if you leave your camera off.

Different exercises affect different muscles on the face, neck and head as you can see from the pictures below.

Who can practise face yoga?

This class is for beginners and is suitable for everyone and for every age. However, I would suggest cautions for the ones with epilepsy, very high blood pressure and glaucoma.

👨 Men are also welcomed. :-) Face yoga is not just for women, we all have face muscles that need to be trained. 👨
