Judo Class (Ages 10+) Build confidence, strength, and discipline in this engaging judo class designed for ages 10 and up. Participants will learn fundamental throws, falls, and grappling techniques in a supportive, safety‑focused environment. Expect hands‑on instruction, structured drills, and plenty of movement as students develop coordination, respect, and real martial arts skills.
