The Main Room at JoyFest

The main room is the heart of JoyFest – a welcoming space where we gather, connect and celebrate together. Throughout the day this room will come alive with inspiring talks, gentle workshops, shared moments of reflection and bursts of joy that invite you to pause, breathe and be fully present.

You can expect a flowing programme of uplifting conversations, guided experiences and community-led sessions designed to nourish your mind, body and soul. There will be space to listen, to share, to laugh, and to simply be – whether you’re joining in actively or soaking up the atmosphere quietly.

This is where stories are shared, connections are made, and joy is felt collectively. Come as you are, take what you need, and allow yourself to be held by the energy of the room and the people within it.
