A half day immersion in joy boosting & mindfulness practice.
Seeking a little or a lot more sparkle in your days? Spend an afternoon immersing yourself in a joy-boosting, mindfulness-based practices that can help you reconnect to the joy already within you, better attune to joys around you, and actively call more joy into your life. You'll come away with more lift and light in the short-term, as well as tools to draw on moving forward.
Included: At this event, you'll recieve a journal and pen, which you may use throughout the workshop, as well as light refreshments. Please let us know about any food allergies prior to the event via email:info@jennymayomindandmove.com
Please Bring: Although we'll be up and moving for much of the workshop, you may wish to bring a pillow, cushion and/or blanket from home to make yourself extra comfortable while we're seated. Limited blankets, blocks and mats are available.
