The 3 Steps of Joyful Support:
Step 1: Story — What's going on in your life right now? What's consuming your mental energy? Small or big, it is valid.
Step 2: Joy — It's easier to see what's not going well. It takes intention to refocus on something that brings you joy. Not winning-the-lottery joy, but seeing-a-dog-carry-a-big-stick joy.
Step 3: Step — This could mean physically moving (going for a walk, dancing) or figuring out the next step toward a solution in some area of your life.
The great news? There's no wrong way to do these steps. By yourself, with a friend, on paper, out loud, once or two hundred times—it all works.
Join us at Joy Circle where we'll do these three steps together.
