REAP's School of Universal Law [SOUL] invites you to work with Dr. Darya Funches, well-known Creator of Transformational Experiences and Concepts, and Advisor to a multitude of aspiring and accomplished Transformational and Visionary Leaders.

Those engaged in co-creating a new world through community, family, organizations, or self consciously or intuitively know how important it is to reclaim all parts of the True and Original Self to be the wholeness we want to restore here on earth. The healing cannot be strictly psychological; it is spiritual. We require healing support for mind, body, emotions, and soul. A bout Dr. Darya Funches

Dr. Darya Funches is an author, inspirational speaker, educator, consultant, coach and ceremonial leader who has dedicated her professional life to the evolution of humanity to reach its highest potentials to benefit current and future generations at work, home and in community. In different professional practices, she is a corporate consultant, executive advisor, transformational guide and teacher, as well as a spiritual scientist and intuitive. She offers expertise in metaphysics, organization effectiveness & transformation, including leadership, cultural and personal transformation and effective use of self as a transformer. Her research and practices bring inherent gifts, knowledge and skills into powerful ways of seeing & knowing, being & doing that synthesize universal principles with down-to-earth practicality to achieve accelerated results.

Dr. Darya is Founder/Principal of REAP Unlimited & several transformative initiatives, including: School of Universal Law; Lady of the Rock Spiritual Center; and Sow REAP Futures, applying her transformation knowledge to business, healing organizational and intergenerational trauma, community & economic development, DEI, and life equity issues for people of color and indigenous groups. Her written works include "Three Gifts of the Organization Development Practitioner”; The Inner Experience of Transformation: A study on use of self as an instrument; I Send My Blankets Over You; "Leadership is Love Made Visible" [co-author]; & more.

Using her experience with the Akashic Field & Record, Dr. Darya helps to recognize the souls of systems, communities and individuals, as they bring forth more from their souls to achieve excellent results.

She is a regular speaker at Unity Center for Positive Living in Centralia, WA., has learned from indigenous elders in the US & from across the globe and has served on several adjunct faculties - USC-WPAC, Union Graduate Studies, Gestalt OSD Program, and American University. In 2019 she received two Lifetime Achievement Awards: one from Gestalt OSD Center and one from the Organization Development Network, where she was also named one of the 12 Sages of OD in the early 1990's
