Please register for this in-person mental health event that will help you with your journey toward good health and wellness. This event will be informative and rejuvenating and will leave you energized and inspired. Expert presenters will share their knowledge to strengthen you and assist you in developing a plan to align your goals to become a happier and healthier you. You will also hear from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) discussing top priorities on mental health challenges impacting the community and the available resources. Lastly, we will get the heartbeat pumping with line dancing, and other relaxation and breathing tips with yoga and stretching.
