Journey into the Summer Solstice with SoulCollage®

SoulCollage®, created by Seena Frost, is an intuitive collage technique for self-discovery that taps into one's inner wisdom without the need for words or ideas by harnessing the power of images. Through the power of SoulCollage® our mind, body, heart, and soul are all brought into the present moment. By selecting images and backgrounds that are powerful for you...awareness, insight, and purpose may surface in ways that provide connections to yourself, others, and the world around you!

Through imagery and collage, you can reach the divine within YOU and uncover your inner wisdom and connection to Source (your version of a higher power) within the SoulCollage® process. By tapping into your imagination and intuition, a few powerful cut-out images, a bit of glue, and a 5×8 matboard, you will create reflections of your inner self.

In a spiritual and metaphysical sense, during the Summer Solstice our spirits are alive, refreshed, renewed, and energized ~ all that good, juicy, rich stuff we feel in the sun! Our spirits yearn to be out, to feel alive, to be moving, and celebrating during this period...where we are closest to the sun and soaking in her energy and fire!

This workshop will present a brief overview of the Summer Solstice, highlighting the history and cultural traditions that are associated with this celestial crossroads. We will take a deep dive into imagery found within nature and various archetypes as we embark on our SoulCollage® journey, exploring the Council and Committee Suits as we create our cards and voice one of them in triads. The flow of the workshop will include an opening ritual, a quick card activity, a guided meditation, additional time for creating cards, reading cards in triads, a closing ritual, and more!

The workshop will start promptly at 5:00pm EST and last until 4:00pm EST. There will be one 15 minute break during this 3 1/2 hour workshop. You will need to provide your own card making materials including 5x8 mat cards, glue, scissors, cellophane envelopes, and images. You can order a New Card-Making Supply Pack if you choose (I am not an affiliate, just a great resource!)

Prior to the workshop, please gather listed supplies and images from magazines, calendars, discarded coffee table books, or internet sites that “grab” you...even consider those images you resist. Don’t forget to gather larger images for backgrounds!

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS POLICY: A minimum of 6 participants is required for the workshop to be held.

REFUND POLICY: I am unable to refund registrations which are cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the workshop. However, I will be happy to apply the fee to another workshop.
