A space to reflect together.
Journaling with Nalitza
Join me in person at the Boston Public Library in Copley for my September journaling session. Bring your journal, something to write with and a willingness to use this contemplative space to explore your inner world.
I will provide some structure around a theme to explore (though you determine ultimately what you want to write). We will spend some time journaling individually with some space for pair sharing about how your experience was and what came up (not to be confused with sharing what was written in your journal).
What to bring:
- A journal
- Something to write with
(I will have lined paper and writing utensils.)
Directions
We willl be in the Mezzanine Study Room 3.
The easiest way to get there is by entering through the 700 Boylston Street entrance and walking towards the New and Novel Desk on the first floor (straight and to your left). There you will see a set of red stairs that you will climb to reach the Mezzanine floor. The study rooms are straight ahead from there; we will be in Study Room 3.
So excited to journal with you!
About your facilitator
I'm a Puerto Rican writer, poet & facilitator from Boston. My decade-long journaling practice has helped me form a deeper relationship with myself and I encourage others to join me in using a pen and paper as the bridge to greater self-awareness and healing.
