Part 1: Journaling - February 5. Journaling can help you explore your thoughts and feelings to support your mental health. Whether you have previous journaling experience or just want to try it out, this workshop will help you build a journaling practice. We'll cover journaling tips, techniques, and writing prompts.

Part 2: Portraits - March 4. Portraits can be a form of creative and descriptive writing. While making portraits, you may learn about the qualities you value in yourself or others. Whether you have previous art experience or just want to try it out, this workshop will help you explore using portraits in your creative practice for self-expression and wellbeing.

Part 3: Collage - April 1. Collage is a way we can express ourselves by picking images/words that speak to us when words do not come easily. Whether you have previous art experience or just want to try it out, this workshop will help you explore using collage in your creative practice for wellbeing.

Part 4: Photos - April 22. Photos offer exploration of feelings, values, beliefs, and identity. Whether you have previous art experience or just want to try it out, this workshop will help you explore using photos in your creative practice for self-expression and wellbeing. We'll reminisce on memories through photos and use writing and other creative mediums for exploration and expression.
