Bring a journal, looseleaf paper or a white board. Bring a writing utensil, or open up a Word Document. Start or continue the practice of writing it down. You will receive a journal prompt at the top of the hour and spend the duration of the time journaling. Be warned that the prompts may ask you to take a deep look at who you are, what you want, what you fear, and what you desire. You are not required to share anything you've written.
