Ingrid is a journal writing facilitator, a life coach and an experienced primary school teacher.  Cultivating self-kindness is woven into all of Ingrid's work. She believes that when you are kind towards yourself, you feel good, believe in yourself, are more inspired and become even more kind towards others. She is the creator of Diving for Pearls, a 5-Step journal writing process that takes you on a self-coaching journey of reflection and discovery.Ingrid grew up in the country but now lives in Melbourne. She loves salsa dancing, paddle boarding and travelling.

Journal writing is an incredible way to unwind and look after your wellbeing. It gives you a chance to work through anything that&#x27;s on your mind, self-reflect, get a fresh perspective and be inspired by your own insights. This journal writing workshop will take the thinking out of &#x27;how to journal&#x27; and give you a step-by-step framework. You&#x27;ll be guided to declutter your mind, gain clarity and end feeling grounded and clear. Everyone is welcome to journal with me, from absolute beginners to people who already keep a journal. The Workshop: We will explore a transformational 5-step way of journalling. With each step, you&#x27;ll be guided to practice. Whatever you write is personal and you won&#x27;t be asked to share it. </li><li>A peaceful and relaxing environment </li></ul>My StoryI&#x27;m Ingrid, a life coach with a primary school teaching background. I&#x27;ve always found writing to be cathartic. But, I didn&#x27;t always know how to get the best out of a journal writing session. It was a few years ago when I started using a step-by-step approach to journal writing, that I noticed so many aspects of my life start to change for the better. For over two years, I have taught this process to individuals, small groups and organisations. I believe in the power of journal writing, it&#x27;s one of the most cost effective form of therapy and am looking forward to journaling with you!
