Frequently asked questions
Your retreat fee covers your camping fees in Joshua Tree National Park, all your food at the retreat, yoga and meditation sessions, led hikes and adventures at the campsite, and entry/parking fee for Deep Creek Hot Springs. The fee does not include your transportation to/from the camp site.
You will want to bring your own tent (even if you like to sleep 'under the stars' and outside of a tent, it's a good idea to have one with you just in case of unexpected changes to weather). Sleeping bag and pad. Camp plate and/or bowl, mug and utensils. Security blanket?
While we're not Mother Nature, we can plan for desert weather at the campsite. That means generally hot in the daytime and cold at night. During our springtime retreat we can expect daytime temps to be in the 80's and night time in the 40's... generally speaking. Rain not expected... but poncho good
This retreat is for all! Yoga sessions will be all level. Hikes and climbs of various difficulty levels available. Hot spring adventure involves a 45minute hike of medium difficulty. If you have mobility issues or specific questions about your situation, please reach out.
