It's no secret that Josephine takes our sparkling wine very seriously. Sparkling wine is as diverse as any category of wines but is often grouped as a single wine style. We are here to show you the diverse range of bubbles. The three key production styles are all represented in France, and we're ready to get into the differences and the best time to drink them (spoiler alert: it's always).

Join us for a casual seated wine class where we will discuss the different styles of French sparkling wines while tasting six bubbly wines across the wide range with Wine Director, Erin Dudley, at the Bar Jo!
