If you have damage to your joint cartilage and/or early arthritis, learn about ways to preserve your own injured joint rather than replacing it. This lecture will discuss the usage of various injectable treatments, strength and flexibility training, and restorative joint preserving surgery to relieve symptoms. Hear from orthopedic surgery professionals as well as a physical therapist from Northwell Health.
