Hire G.I. tries to source employers locally and nationally that will have positions open in many fields that you might be interested in.

Look in your email the day before the event where we will send you a full list of employers.

How do I know what employers are hiring for?

Accepted Answer

Be confident in your questions and know what you are looking to do. (Ex. My Name is___ and I am looking to go into a public relations management position, do you have any openings that need filled?) 
Look on their website for job openings in your area!
Ask all companies what positions they have open

Where do I submit my resume to employers I am interested in?

Resumes should be catered to the position you are looking to apply to. Use descriptive words about experience, make it short, and you can always reach out to your local transition office for more assistance!

All updates from location to arrival time can be found in your email. Day of, you will receive updates through text.

How do I get Base Access without a D.O.D. Card?

If you are not an active duty military or veteran with an access card, try reaching out to the visitor center to learn base access protocol.
