The Tasting Lineup 🤩

Stem Pours: The Rouge and the Loire

A Stem Favorite - La Petite Roche Crémant de Loire bubbles, a Pinot Noir+Chard blend

This will be our palate cleanser ”

Ram Cellars Orange Fraiche

Skin fermented Riesling from the Columbia Gorge Viv launched RAM Cellars in 2014. She’s been making wine in the Pacific Northwest since 2012. She came into the light as herself and came out as a transgender woman in 2018-19.”

Do Nothing Fossil and Fawn

Completely 100% natural Oregon red blend, a no-intervention (do nothing) wine that is wonderful chilled. Don’t think too much about this wine, it’s just super yummy. A porch powder.”

Angelique Leon Cab Franc

My favorite easy drinking table cab. Angelique is my pal in the Loire Valley. Her family owned the winery and she took over and made it 100% biodynamic, dryfarms, and she does all the work HERSELF including the farming and running the tasting room. Cab Franc is peppery and really has grown into its own as a a single varietal, previously only used as a blending grape in Bordeaux. This wine is more “quaffable” in style as much as cab franc can be quaffable but it is smooth and easy drinking.”
