10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Morning Session

Focus on empty-hand training, primarily, difficult drills that can lead practitioners into Gor Sau.

12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Lunch Break

Take your time to enjoy your lunch, explore and digest. Some advice: don't go crazy and stuff yourself. You'll be too sluggish for the evening if you do.

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Evening Session

Focus on weapons conditioning and training for practitioners who are at the appropriate level. If you are not ready for weapons, we will have empty-hand content for you.

About this event

Join us for a comprehensive Wing Chun Kung Fu experience! All skill levels are welcomed, it doesn't matter if it's your first day training or if you're 10 years in. We will be covering as much material as people can handle! It'll be a fun 2 days learning useful skills and being a part of a fun and diverse community of people!

The event will be split into 2 sessions for both days:

Morning Session: 10AM-12PM

Focus: Empty Hand Training

Evening Session: 3PM-5PM
Focus: Weapons (if you are not ready for weapons, we will have empty hand content for you)
