We named this business after Adam’s mate Nick, who tragically lost his life to suicide a few years ago.
We wanted to do something to make a difference. We are not going to cure cancer or solve climate change. We made the decision to become a social enterprise to do our part with a mandate to donate 50% of our profits to organisations helping with mental health.
Our two foundation partners are <a href="https://www.beyondblue.org.au/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Beyond Blue</a> and <a href="https://www.mawermoney.com/vision" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mawer Money</a>.
Our jerky is hand made in small batches in our butcher shop. We have tried and tested countless iterations to make what we (and many of our customers) believe is Australia best beef jerky.
We would love you to help us on our journey to make Australia’s best beef jerky and support mental health.
