HIJ’s philosophy is not only about gathering knowledge and acquiring skills, but also about using learned knowledge and skills to enhance the human character and to make for a more dynamic environment. JCI Explore is a JCI members only course about exploring the differences between leaders and followers and why both are necessary for all!!

Come and join one of the beneficial training events for only JCI members!!In order to achieve JCI’s mission to create positive change around the world, JCI members run projects following the JCI Active Citizen Framework creating sustainable impact in their communities.This course was just launched at the JCI World Congress 2020 and is a combination of JCI Admin and JCI Impact.JCI Explore is a course about exploring the differences between leaders and followers and why both are necessary to create a sustainable movement. Discover the leadership opportunities members have within JCI. Learning the structure, roles and administrative components of local organizations in order to align their mission with the strategic plan and goals of JCI.This new course will also include updated exercises that will allow for a deeper understanding and exploration of leadership.
