All tickets to the Jax Elite Expo and Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable; unless in case of event cancelation or postponement by more than 6 months.

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?

Yes, tickets may be purchased in person on the day of the event. Cash and card are accepted.

What time do doors open?

Education classes begin at 8:00 am. For anyone just attending the expo, doors open at 1:00pm.

Is re-entry allowed?

Reentry is allowed as long as you have your wristband on.

Can I bring in Food or Drinks from outside?

No outside food or drink is permitted. There is a concession area inside the convention center.
