The College of Arts & Letters Excel Network is excited to host our annual event, Java & Jam!

Join us for free coffee, hors d'oeuvres, and live music while you network and chat with MSU alumni representing fields in our six career communities (http://cal.msu.edu/careercommunities).

Who: MSU College of Arts & Letters students and MSU alumni

What: Network and enjoy coffee, cocoa, hors d'oeuvres, and live music in a coffeehouse-style networking event

Where: Huntington Club at Spartan Stadium (325 W Shaw Lane, East Lansing, MI 48824)

When: Thursday, April 2, 2020, 5:30-7pm

Why: To share advice and career paths with current MSU students who are excited to learn from your expertise!

Creative Arts & Research Forum:

Join us to engage with our student presenters and play a key role in deciding “Alumni's Choice” awards for various categories! You are welcome to attend all or part of the event.

This year, Java & Jam will be occurring directly after CAL's Creative Arts & Research Forum (cal.msu.edu/carf). This event provides CAL students the opportunity to showcase their unique areas of creative activity or research within the arts and humanities, develop skills in assembling and sharing work, as well as practice in public speaking and performance. A select number of prizes/monetary awards will be presented to student winners at Java & Jam. We are looking for alumni to vote for their favorites with the "Alumni Choice Award". If this resonates with you, just choose the "CARF + Java & Jam" ticket option when registering for this event.

The Forum will be held at the Huntington Club at Spartan Stadium and begins at 3pm. Feel free to drop in at any time during the event!
