Breathwork incorporates ancient practices to support wellness as we move through today’s complex world. We release unwanted energy patterns from the body and access profound states of ease, wisdom, and insight. The practices are safe for almost everyone, and offer a wide range of benefits to our mental and physical well-being.
On the one hand, breathwork is incredibly simple: by following the basic breathing instruction, you are likely to have a powerful experience. On the other hand, more detailed attention to technique offers chances to go deeper into the process.
During this series, we'll explore some techniques that have the potential to enhance our breathwork practice. We’ll look at intention setting, movement, release through sound, following the rhythm of the drums, and feeling the breath somatically. We’ll start each session with a short exploration of technique, before settling back and dropping into an invigorating, healing breathwork journey.
