January Jam

Originally formed as The Refreshments in 1996, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers began recording and touring nationally in 1998.  Known for their high energy and lengthy rock shows, the band has toured since its inception and continues to connect audiences with their Southwestern style of rock and community.  They continue to record and tour nationally today.The band penned the theme song forKing of the Hillas well as hit songsBanditosandDown Togetheramong others.Beginning in 2000, the band sought fun and tequila by traveling to Puerto Penasco, Mexico, aka Rocky Point located just 3.5 hours south of Phoenix.  The fun was shared by about 40 people (including the band), but after many annual visits later, that first show spawned a four day music festival called Circus Mexicus now in its 22nd year. A second weekend dubbed January Jam, now in its 13th year is held each year on MLK Weekend.  These weekends galvanize fans of rock n roll from throughout the country and abroad.

Roger Clyne &amp; The Peacemakers host January Jam throughout Puerto Penasco over MLK Weekend. Artists include Miles Nielsen &amp; The Rusted Hearts, The Ike Reilly Assassination, Jason DeVore, Gold'n Delicious, Bri Bagwell, Jim Dalton, The Jons, Agua de Coco, Kelly Steward, Stephen Ashbrook and Dave McClellan.The schedule of events is posted at www.januaryjam.net . Single day tickets can be purchased or discounted 3 day VIP and GA tickets for Friday - Sunday.The Banditos Kick Off Dinner hosted by Roger Clyne will be Thursday evening and includes a 5 course tequila and wine paired experience followed by an acoustic set from Roger. This is a seperate ticket and is not included with any of the weekend ticket packages.
