HIVE13 - Cincinnati's MakerSpace

Get certified on the Hive13s large CNC machine. Participants walk away with a bullnose endmill and a decent chunk of nice 1/2" plywood. There will be a CNC basics and VCarve tutorial and then a few hours dedicated to familiarizing students with the CNC and working on the files generated by the students.
Please be on time so the class can start promptly at 6 (any delays can cause it to run significantly later than the 6:30pm expected end time). Class will be 2/2/17 AND 2/3/17 from 6-8:30pm. Please only sign up if you can make both dates.
Please come prepared for the class with Vcarve Pro Trial Edition already installed on your computer. If you want to play around with the software ahead of time, there are some fantastic youtube tutorials available. John will be going over the basics.
Non-members have a 10$ surcharge (for a total costs of $30 rather than $20). This has been pushed from the original January 5/6 due to weather.
