Do I wear makeup to the event?

Accepted Answer

We recommend arriving with clean skin.  Complete your normal daytime skincare regimen but leave the makeup to us!  You will be color matched for foundation at the beginning of the masterclass.

Question 2

Where do I park at Osage House?

Accepted Answer

The masterclass will be hosted at The Reserve building on the Osage House property.  This is the first building to the left upon entering.  A parking lot is located just past The Reserve.

Question 3

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Accepted Answer

We will gladly refund your $100 registration fee when canceling at least 24-hours prior to the event.  Unfortunately, the Eventbrite fee is nonrefundable. Please keep in mind that this masterclass is intentionally small. Canceling in a timely manner allows us to offer your spot to another guest.

Question 4

What if I register but fail to attend the masterclass?

Accepted Answer

We will ship your makeup products to you if you are unable to attend and have missed the refund window.
