T﻿he historic Odd Fellows lodge building on Emory street features a full commercial kitchen with connected dining area, and an elegant main hall with a raised stage, suitable for concerts, dances, and banquets. The well-manicured grounds create a charming backdrop for photos, and our game cabinets have a collection of fun board games and puzzles that we're always looking to bring out for members and guests. We strive to create a cheerful and welcoming environment, as a non-denominational and stridently non-political "third space", where people are free to just relax and enjoy themselves. Singing and dancing in San Jose! Hamiltunes, the community sing-a-long returns July 26 and August 30. And our Jane Austen regency-style dance returns August 9.

A beloved San Jose tradition returns! Come and enjoy a community dance in the elegant and romantic spirit of Jane Austen at True Fellowship #52 on Saturday, August 9. You’ve likely seen this kind of dance in movies like “Pride and Prejudice”.Internationally-known dance leader Alan Winston is an Odd Fellow and will lead the room through each dance pattern. No experience or partner necessary; it helps to know right from left, but if you can walk, you can dance.Please bring shoes with smooth, non-marking soles.Live music will be provided by the Divertimento Dance Orchestra. Doors open at 6:30, dancing begins at 7:00pm. Period (1790-1820) costume admired but not required; formal or festive wear appreciated. This event is co-sponsored with the Bay Area English Regency Society.While we can't know the future, we do encourage purchasing your tickets in advance. The last two times we've held this dance we sold out and had no tickets available at the door.
