Ruth Leigh is a writer and novelist. Her book A Great Deal of Ingenuity: A Collection of Pride and Prejudice Stories explores the lives of nine of the characters from the novel. How are Mr and Mrs Collins coping with married life? What is Sally the maid thinking whilst she mends Lydia's gown? Come and listen to what might be happening in the world of Meryton, Pemberley and Hunsford. Ruth Leigh has published several books including The Diary of Isabella M Smugge and The Little Book of Unexpected Poetry. We will finish with a delicious afternoon tea using dishes from the novels of Jane Austen.
