Question 1

How do I submit my item(s) for authentication?

Accepted Answer

Bring your item(s) to the DugoutZone on Friday, March 20th from 4pm until 8pm or on Saturday, March 21st from 10am until 2pm and submit them to one of the JSA authenticators.

Question 2

When will my items be ready fro me to pick up?

Accepted Answer

Most items take 1-2 hours to complete authentication. The JSA authenticator will give you an approximate time to return to pick up your completed items. All submitted items will be completed no later than 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 21st.

Question 3

I cannot attend the event in person. Can I drop off my items in advance?

We encourage everyone to get the full experience of the authentication process by attending in person. For those who cannot attend in person we kindly ask that you have any pre event drop off items in the hands of a DugoutZone employee no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 18th.
