Jacen Bowman learned at an early age the importance of accepting – and loving – who you are. Born and Raised in Philadelphia, PA, his mother instilled in him the philosophy that ; “Everyone is different, be true to yourself in order to achieve who you are and what you want to be. But you must be comfortable in your own skin.” This statement has become the mantra by which Jacen lives and the power behind it has led to him incredible success. “I always loved expressing myself through the arts, I never had a normal style.  Besides, what is really normal?”, Jacen stated in a recent interview for Philadelphia Weekly. As a young boy, Jacen began experimenting with color and makeup. “Back in high school, I used to always pick at my bumps and I had this one blemish that just wouldn‘t go away so I bought my first MAC NW45 concealer and the rest is history.” Jacen’s stunning good-looks undoubtedly served as his inspiration and canvas in his early stages. After high school, Jacen pursued a career in Journalism although he never abandoned his inner passion for art, makeup and fashion. Luckily, with encouragement and inspiration from mentors Celebrity Make- Up Artist Christian Balenciaga & Hair Stylist Yolanda Reed, Jacen soon put aside his education to pursue his ultimate dream – exploring the power of makeup.With Jacen’s talent, it’s no wonder why he has quickly moved to the top of the “ It List” & the “Who’s ..Who” in the entertainment industry. He has rapidly becoming one of the industries most dynamic and in demand talents. With his passion for art, color, and design, along with his charm, contagious enthusiasm and magnetic personality, it is no surprise that some of the world’s top celebrities are starting to turn to him to prepare for their most important career moments. Jacen has worked for several cosmetic brands including MAC Cosmetics,  Laura Geller, and Kevyn Aucion. While working for these brands, he was able to perfect his craft, and gain experience as a beauty expert. He also is the Beauty Editor of several online magazines, and works behind the scene’s on some of your favorite Tv and runway shows. The sky is the limit for Jacen and boy he sure is reaching.Jacen has worked with Celebrities such as Elle Varner, Jaszmine Sullivan, Tyson Beckford ,Erica Hubbard and Porscha Stewart. his work has also been featured in Vibe Vixen,Vibe,Uptown Magazine and Floss Magazine. Just to name a few.

Seating is first come first serve so please arrve promptly to get the best seats. Registration and early arrival starts promptly at 1pm.
 
This class is a 2-part optional learning experience.
 
(Part 1) you will witness Jacen demo one of the hottest trending looks decided by you the class attendee's. He will cover everything.

(Part2) Now that you watched your demo you will now get hands on traning and guidance from Jacen. If there is something that you don't have don't worry.Jacen will allow you to work directly from his kit. For this portion you can bring a model or you can practice on yourself. ( If you decide to bring a model, models are not permit to sit during the entire class and must report during the hands on portion only which will start at 3pm.)
Cost of this class is $100.00 for general admission (Demo Class). 
Cost for Demo and Hands on is 175.00 for General Admission (Both classes includes Gift Bag)
 
$75.00 deposit must be left securely to reserve your seat Day of Class remaning balance will be due upon entry in CASH!!!! There is a pay in full option.Due to seating being limited this class is non-refundable.
