In partnership with the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum Concert IV of the Missouri Chamber Music Festival Season 14 explores the beauty of the everyday and innovative modes of expression, including Caroline Shaw’s Thousandth Orange (2022) and Arnold Schoenberg’s Pierrot Lunaire, Op. 21 (1912), as well as the world premiere of Florent Ghys’s Huit-Clos (2024), a MOCM commissioned multi-media work that will be performed by the Calyx Piano Trio.
