Join us for a fun and interactive Italian Home Cooking Class at Piney Woods Farm! Discover the secrets of authentic Italian cuisine and learn how to prepare delicious dishes right in your own kitchen.
Enjoy a weekend away with amazing Italian Home Cooking or choose to take a day class. If you want to take a big bite and experiece the complete class the price is $350 for those who are interested in a taste the day classes are $120 Friday-Sunday. The classes Friday - Sunday will end with a faboulous meal with your community friends!
Join Charlie Patricolo who will guide you through the art of making traditional family Italian dishes. Move beyond pasta and explore home cooking the way Italian's eat everyday: simple, healthy, and beautiful! Create and enjoy complete meals including antipasti, insalata, i primi, i secondi, and i dolci. All levels welcome!

1pm-4pm introduction and setup
Aug. 2nd - 4th:
9am-12pm class
12pm-1:30pm lunch*
1:30pm-6pm class and dinner*

Cancellation and Ticket Policy:
One ticket per individual. No splitting tickets.
In the event that a ticket holder needs to cancel their reservation at least 72 hours before class starts a refund minus the processing fee will be issued. Refunds/credits will not be issued to the ticket holder who requests a cancelation within 72 hours of the class start time or does not attend. If a participant is unable to come to class their supplies can be picked up at a later date
If less than 4 people enroll, the class will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

Our sustainable approach to farming equips us to help supply our local communities with organic, nutrient-dense goods and produce—to date, we’ve donated over 100,000 pounds of produce to community food banks and other charitable organizations!
