Join us for a special dessert reception with the Israeli medical students training at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
In 2009, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) recognized the strategic importance of military medicine in saving lives both on the battlefield and in times of peace. The IDF partnered with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem to create Tzameret, the country’s only military medical training program. Learn more about the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, its relationship to Israel and this elite collaboration.
