This self-paced learning experience provides you with:<ul><li>Pre- and post-assessments to measure your progress</li><li>Knowledge checks</li><li>End-of-chapter study sheets</li><li>Quizzes to practice the concepts and receive timely feedback</li><li>Interactive content with applied scenarios and podcasts to help you relate to course content</li><li>Online interactive flashcards to strengthen your ability to recall your learning</li></ul>This program will also hold a 1-day in-person workshop on June 21stAfter you complete this learning experience, you will:<ul><li>Receive a course completion certificate and badges.</li><li>Be ready to take the certification exam at your convenience.* * You must complete the exam no later than 180 days from when you sign up for the program.</li></ul>This opportunity is exclusively for ISC2 candidates. If you already hold an ISC2 certification, you are not eligible. Note: If you have signed up for any ISC2 program in the past, you will not receive the educational material or the test token for free. You can participate in our bootcamp, but you will need to purchase the CC book, and pay for the testing on your own.Normally, the ISC2 Online Bootcamp + Test costs $605.00. ISC2 Seattle and ISSA run this custom version for $40 for ISC2, and ISSA attendees.

Testing provided can be started anytime by attendees up to 180 days after starting the CC training.Participating in this program introduces you to essential concepts of cybersecurity while engaging in a community of supportive professionals. It’s a first step toward building a foundation of knowledge on your path to a rewarding career in cybersecurity. While you’re preparing to take the Certified in Cybersecurity exam, it will be important to continue your learning momentum by building on your efforts with the official (ISC)2 learning materials.The self-paced learning experience provides you with pre- and post-assessments to measure your progress; knowledge checks, end-of-chapter study sheets, and quizzes to practice the concepts and receive timely feedback; interactive content with applied scenarios and podcasts to help you relate to course content; and online interactive flashcards to strengthen your ability to recall your learning.

<h2>How to Participate</h2>Sign up by May 5th. (Extended from May 1st.) May 2nd (or sooner) you'll receive a training certificate, and a Discord channel to connect with the rest of the students of the program. If you join after May 1st, you'll have a bit of catch up to stay on schedule.

<h2>Program Curriculum</h2>Once you join the Discord channel, you can ask questions, and update folks on your progress. Program students can ask the ISSA, and ISC2 leaders to address any questions about the program or test.

<h2>Program Schedule is Self-Paced</h2> The following schedule is not required to be followed; it is provided as a means to track your progress, and prepare for the workshop. Domains have been reordered based on priority.Start your program as soon as you can!<ul><li>May 10th Domain 1: Security Principles</li><li>May 20th Domain 3: Access Control Concepts</li><li>May 30th Domain 4: Network Security</li><li>June 10th Domain 5: Security Operations</li><li>June 20th Domain 2: Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR)</li></ul>You will receive:<ul><li>An invitation to a program introduction - kick off on May 2nd.</li><li>Invitations to virtual study Zoom calls.</li><li>Instructions for an in-person workshop: June 21st 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.</li></ul>Take your Exam: You must take your certification test 180 days from your start date, for instance if you started on May 1st, as recommended, you will need to complete your exam on or before Oct 28th.

<h2>Program Schedule On-site Workshop</h2>Workshop schedule on June 21st will be held in Seattle, address will be provided for participants, starting at 9 AM running till 3:30 PM. This time will be spent with a high level recap of all 5 Domains, and time to review sample questions. Come ready, and we will have food to keep you fueled.
