Welcome to Irvington Juneteenth 2024! Join us for a day of celebration and reflection at Villa Lewaro. This in-person event will feature live music, delicious food, interactive workshops, and more. Save the date and get ready for a memorable experience! For access to a guided walking-through of historic Villa Lewaro, please reserve a timed ticket. Free parking is available off-site (see FAQ section for details).
Frequently asked questions
Yes, you cannot gain access to the house for the walk-through experience without advanced registration. For all other attendees not experiencing the ticketed walk-through, this event is general admission but please register so that we have an accurate headcount.
Aside from service animals, pets are not permitted.
Parking is available off-site at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church (15 N. Broadway, Irvington, NY) and Irvington Presbyterian Church (25 N. Broadway, Irvington, NY). There is no street parking available. Villa Lewaro is a 5 minute walk from the parking lots. We encourage local residents to walk.
There is an accessible drop off area at the Fargo Lane/Broadway entrance of Villa Lewaro in lieu of permitted parking for people with disabilities as no parking is permitted on premises or side streets.
Food, beer and wine are available for purchase. Please refrain from bringing outside food. Any outside alcoholic beverages will not be permitted.
The event will take place rain or shine.
