About Us: COR Community Development Corporation is committed to economically empowering impoverished communities by forming partnerships with public and private sectors. Located in Orange County, as a premier faith-based nonprofit Organization committed to positively impacting communities of color, our organization provides services in education, financial literacy, affordable-housing and civic engagement.

We believe in partnership! Building bridges in hard to reach communities, which continues to be one of the key strengths of our faith-based nonprofit organization. Our vision and success are primarily due to the visionary leadership of our Chief Executive Officer and President, Rev. Dr. Ralph Williamson, Chief Financial Officer, Bonita Dent, and our Executive Board of Directors.

It is our duty to serve as a voice for undeserved, underprivileged communities. We must help restore dignity in impoverished communities while commissioning all involved levels of government, leadership, and community to marry in our commitment to do the same. We will succeed as the strength of collaboration, strategic partnership, and unwavering commitment continue to provide gradual remedies to the problems we face.
